About the Role

  2. Project Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making adjustments as needed to ensure financial objectives are met.
  3. Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues, risks, and dependencies in a proactive and timely manner. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management.
  4. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to optimize project processes and outcomes.
  5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, policies related to IT application systems / IT infrastructure and IT project management.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. 2-3 years working experience as a Project Manager or equivalent roles.
  2. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. PMI Project Management certification a plus. Excellent communication and organization skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and tasks simultaneously, whether working independently or with other people. Demonstrated ability to communicate status effectively in English to all stakeholders. A strong team player.
