The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll, compensation, and benefits, HR reports, leave management, group hospitalization and personal accident insurance, medical expenses, and all other HR-related matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and manpower planning processes, including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation, such as announcements, memos, policy drafts, offer letters, employment contracts, confirmations, and warning letters, and ensure proper exit procedures for departing employees.
  • Maintain and update accurate employees' personal files and databases in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related.
  • Minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience in the related field of compensation and benefit.
  • Computer literate and well-versed with Microsoft applications.
