MyAtlas Digital is looking for a highly skilled Client Success Manager to lead our key affiliate accounts. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our affiliate partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners.
  2. Resolve any challenges faced by key partners and provide strategic account services.
  3. Keep affiliate partners informed about new marketing campaigns.
  4. Manage and update the CRM with details of new affiliate partners.
  5. Ensure accurate reporting and analysis by updating reports regularly.

Requirements:

  • A degree in business studies, administration, management, marketing, psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in client servicing and managing key account partners.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Malay.
