Job Description of Client Success ManagerKey Responsibilities:- Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new clients, establishing strong relationships and setting the stage for successful partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Foster trust and drive business growth through proactive monitoring, data analysis, and tailored recommendations that meet client needs.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth understanding of ThoughtFull's products and services, effectively communicating benefits and features to clients.
- Activation Programs: Design and deliver customised activation programs to boost adoption, retention, and engagement levels among clients.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in client success, account management, or strategic roles in medium to large organisations, preferably in SaaS or management consulting.
- Skillset: Strong professional conduct, excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills, business acumen, and time management abilities.
- Data Analysis: Utilise quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights and drive key success metrics such as client engagement and utilisation.
- Adaptability: Proactive, fast learner, resourceful, and committed to delivering results in a rapidly growing environment.
