Job Description

  • Assist in the processing of payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions, providing valuable insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients and government agencies, such as Inland Revenue and EPF, to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with HR qualification or relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office, with ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
