Job Responsibilities:
  1. Recruitment Strategy:
    Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs across various departments.
    Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team culture.
    Define the recruitment process and ensure timely and efficient hiring for all roles.
  2. Job Advertising & Sourcing:
    Create and post job advertisements on multiple job boards, social media, and company website.
    Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
    Leverage LinkedIn and other professional networks to search for candidates and build a talent pipeline.
  3. Candidate Screening & Shortlisting:
    Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    Shortlist candidates and present top candidates to hiring managers for further evaluation.
  4. Interviewing & Selection:
    Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    Administer skills assessments or psychometric tests when necessary.
    Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process.
  5. Offer Management:
    Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms (salary, benefits, etc.).
    Coordinate with the HR team to prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials.
  6. Candidate Experience:
    Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    Ensure a positive candidate experience by being responsive and professional at every stage of the recruitment process.
  7. Employer Branding:
    Promote the company's culture, values, and mission to potential candidates.
    Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other initiatives to promote the company's employer brand.
  8. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
    Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) and provide regular reports to management.
    Use data to identify trends and optimize the recruitment process.
  9. Onboarding Support:
    Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
