**Objective Hr Executive**
The **Human Resources Executive** manages and directs all human resources (HR) tasks for outlet and takes the lead when it comes to any and all human resources matters and functions. HR Executives must ensure company HR policy is followed amongst all employees and managers.
Additional HR Executive responsibilities would be directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.
The Human Resource Executive will also work with the Group HR Manager to strategically plan valuable HR changes and subsequently take action to implement them.
**HR Job Duties**:
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (Main role)
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and manager
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
**HR Skills and Qualifications**:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience with renewal of permits for foreign workers is a major plus
- Willing to station at any of **Selayang.**:
- 5-year experience in HR.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Highly organised and detail oriented
- Efficient time-management, direction
- Skilled in the art of multitasking
- Excels both in independent work and collaboration
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical and dependable
- Mandarin speaker are welcomed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
