Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Qualify leads to ensure they align with company goals and objectives.
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop detailed client profiles and organizational charts to keep track of decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to market candidates, identify cross-selling opportunities, and meet client demands.
- Participate in tenders, bids, and proposals to secure new projects and contracts.
Strategic Partnerships & Cross-Selling:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential partnerships and cross-sell opportunities.
- Work with internal recruiters to understand and market talent profiles that meet client needs.
Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Research to analyze the market, identify trends, and understand competitor activities.
- Develop business development strategies and goals that align with the company's objectives and growth targets.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement to senior management.
- Track and document all activities, from lead generation to client acquisition, using CRM software.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in [industry-specific experience, if needed].
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, and familiarity with project management tools.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with strong organizational skills.
