The successful candidate will be responsible for building online B2B channels that contribute towards the company's overall performance, as well as digital communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of the latest developments and product offerings.

This position is part of the Lean Giap Group marketing department, and you will need to contribute towards group marketing initiatives from time to time without affecting your main responsibilities.

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Content Creation & Communication

      • Create engaging digital content for sharing on our digital platforms, including videos, infographics, website copy, press releases, and opinion pieces.
      • Develop and maintain a consistent online brand personality to captivate and educate the audience on our products and services.
      • Build active communication channels (newsletters, social media, etc.) with stakeholders and maintain a consistent sharing schedule.
    3. Social Media

      • Maintain an active presence and consistent growth on relevant social media channels.
      • Build lead generation pipelines through SEM and social media campaigns.
    5. Analytics & Reporting

      • Prepare timely reports on performances of all digital channels, and provide suggestions and solutions for improving performance to maintain consistent growth and engagement.
      • Contribute towards the company's digitalization efforts by providing feedback and suggestions to improve our digital systems, backed by data and analytics.
