">This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be responsible for maintaining all production machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition to support operational requirements.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Maintain all production machinery and equipment, including performing backups of automated systems software and hardware, and managing spare parts inventory.
- Work closely with production teams to diagnose problems and implement solutions that reduce downtime and costs, and improve productivity.
- Interface with suppliers to resolve equipment issues and obtain technical advice as needed.
- Monitor maintenance tasks and ensure accurate records are kept on the ISPRO NG system.
- Main duties also include being the key user for the ISPRONG Maintenance management software, upkeep of related documentation, and ensuring minimum stock levels for critical spare parts are maintained.
- You will be responsible for assessing maintenance performance using the ISPRONG system, analyzing and improving equipment maintenance procedures, updating documents, and implementing revised procedures in consultation with the Maintenance Manager.
- Publish weekly reports on maintenance performance for all plant equipment, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for maintaining all equipment documentation, IATF 16949-related documentation, and ensuring zero NCs during audits.
- Subject Matter Expert for electrical and electronic equipment, adapting engineering techniques to improve performance, reduce downtime, and minimize maintenance costs.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by superiors, such as digitalization drives, Industry 4.0 projects, OEE improvement projects, and safety and environmental protection initiatives.
