Key Responsibilities
  • Site Acquisition and Evaluation

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields (advanced degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in site development, construction, or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of site selection, acquisition, and construction in the APAC region.
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices is a plus.
