Job Summary

  1. We are seeking a Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with our company's goals.
  2. You will develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth, build relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  3. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships to increase revenue and market share.
  4. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solicit and market loan and insurance products to sole-props, partnerships, and professional bodies.
  • Build networking relationships with professionals and business associations to acquire new customer bases.
  • Ensure bundling and cross-selling to drive fee-based income from Forex, CASA, and Insurance.
  • Manage and build customer relationships, providing good after-sales service.
  • Participate in all marketing activities and support the Head of Enterprise Mass Market in achieving team targets.
