  3. Inventory Management: Own the manual inventory sweep process from IPS or consignment, coordinate contract refresh clauses, handle branch service requests, and initiate CARs.
  4. Quote to Order Objectives: Assist Inside Sales with overall Quote to Order objectives, load SDT quotes under 50 line items, forward quotes in PDF format to Quote Center, and update quote extensions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in any field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in customer service (order management) or buyer from manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Possess added advantage if able to speak Vietnamese for Vietnam market support.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office software's, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
  • Customer-service oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks with sense of urgency.
