Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Sales Consultant/Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team at Lukfook Group. The ideal candidate will possess excellent selling skills, a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sell and promote jewellery products to customers
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and support
  3. Assist in daily shop operations and inventory monitoring

Requirements:

  • High School qualification
  • No limited experience in jewellery sales is required, but proven track record is an advantage
  • Strong selling and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Cantonese or English
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster

Candidates with 3 years or above solid and relevant working experience in jewellery retail industry will be considered as Senior Jewellery Sales Consultant.
