Tui Blue Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive - Customer Service and Operations to join our team at Tui Blue The Haven Ipoh. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and tenants, handling complaints professionally, and responding effectively to emails and WhatsApp messages. They will also be involved in daily tasks such as programming smart tags and access cards, preparing quotations for maintenance work, and checking all payments received.
In addition to these duties, the Senior Executive will be responsible for generating maintenance fund invoices, sending out bill statements to owners, and printing internet statements. They will also need to prepare Form 11 and Form 1 for tribunal court submissions, as well as prepare punch cards and check salaries for contract staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and tenants
- Handle complaints professionally and respond effectively to emails and WhatsApp messages
