In this role, you will lead the division's morning briefing, assign tasks to subordinates, and oversee plant facilities operations and maintenance. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting the Manager's Monthly Report, writing and updating the division's Weekly Progress Report, monitoring and reporting clean room pressure, temperature, and humidity, and conducting and leading the Health, Safety, and Environment Committee Meeting.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in Japanese language
  • Excellent leadership skills
Working Conditions

You will work from Monday to Friday with 6 members in your team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have the opportunity to participate in PAM Future Plan related to factory layout and equipment, coordinate staff training and handovers for new facility equipment, plan manpower and team structure for efficient workflow, and maintain clean and organized work areas.
