Sales and Partnership Specialist

Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales and Partnership Specialist at SoftwareONE, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and qualification in support of our AWS sales engine. This involves driving a prescribed cadence of out-bound activity via telephone calls, emails, social media, and other channels. You will also be responsible for managing, coordinating, and prioritizing leads efficiently, qualifying opportunities, and transitioning them to a Business Development Director.
Key Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of cloud technology
- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in inbound and outbound sales and inquiries
- Ability to communicate and articulate well in both English and Malay languages as you will be supporting customer base in Malay
- Strong background and attainment in a pipeline generation (top of the funnel) role
- Familiarity navigating AWS (teams, programs, nomenclature)
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and follow SoftwareONE values
