ASTRO Holdings Behad is seeking a skilled Sales and Partnerships Specialist to join our Media Sales team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agency partners, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and agency partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the campaign execution process.

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to understand, propose, and pitch integrated advertising solutions across television, radio, digital, social media, and influencer marketing.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and solutions.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree/diploma in Business/Advertising/Commerce/Communications or a relevant field.

  • Preferably 6 years of working experience in the media and advertising industry.

  • Fluent English and/or other languages is an added advantage.

  • Resourceful, self-motivated, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong team player.

  • Results-oriented.

  • PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
