Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of solid experience in recruiting across different levels and functions.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record in hands-on sourcing for candidates, including inbound and outbound channels.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Strong internal stakeholder and candidate management skills, providing high-quality support and experience throughout the process.
  • Independent and Self-Starter: Independent and self-starter personality, with prior project management experience, particularly driving improvements in the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Passionate about Impact: Passionate about taking ownership and driving impact and change, with prior experience working on roles relevant to operations and customer service.
