Job Role

The Head of Procurement and Business Services will lead a team of professionals in shaping and implementing a Global Procurement Strategy, ensuring alignment with SWIFT strategy and operating plans. This role requires developing and executing a comprehensive procurement framework, driving synergy and optimization across the organization.

  • Establish and enforce procurement policies and procedures to comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Mature the existing vendor risk management framework to align with the company risk framework and evolving governance landscape.
  • Develop a mid-term vision and roadmap for Business Services, incorporating technical and building management, logistics, reception, and catering services.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Global Head of Procurement, with a background in a regulated industry. They should possess strong leadership skills, with at least 7 years of experience managing teams. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant experience in a regulated industry are highly desirable. As a seasoned leader, you'll be expected to embody authenticity, integrity, respect, fairness, and inclusivity.
