Job Description:

The AmBank Group is seeking a highly skilled Field Collector Officer to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for visiting houses/commercial premises and collecting relevant information.

Your primary objective will be to obtain new information from the visiting effort, such as new contact numbers or addresses, and current conditions of plants/factors. You will also visit outstation properties upon instruction and prepare and submit site visit reports.

In addition to these tasks, you will be required to assist collection teams with arrangement with customers when needed, deliver/collect documents to/from customers, including reminder letters, and undertake other collection duties assigned by your supervisor.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. You should have at least 1-3 years of working experience in collections and site visits, with added advantage of site visit experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Visit houses/commercial premises and collect relevant information
  2. Obtain new information from the visiting effort e.g. new contact number/new address, current condition of plant/factor
  3. Visit outstation properties upon instructed
  4. Prepare & submit site visit report
  5. Assist Collection teams' arrangement with customers when required
  6. Deliver/collect documents to/from customers, including reminder letters
  7. Undertake other collection duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 1 - 3 year(s) of working experience in collections and site visits
  • Added advantage with site visit experience
