To drive the retail components of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad to achieve high footfall and awareness.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage the relationship with existing retail tenants in our various retail operations in the Klang Valley.

The ideal candidate will help improve our retail tenant mix to achieve an ideal balance of different offerings, complementing each other and enhancing our attractiveness of retail spaces.

Key responsibilities include planning, driving and executing regular events and activities tailored to specific locations, as well as establishing proposals and budgets for these initiatives.

Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma in any discipline is required.
  • Candidates must have at least 3 years of working experience in retail malls in Klang Valley, with prior experience in managing retail spaces and organizing events to boost awareness.
  • The ability to establish strong networking relationships with retail tenants, marketing agencies and various stakeholders is crucial.
  • A strong self-starter able to work independently and possess excellent people management skills.
  • A positive mindset, commitment to teamwork and the ability to work independently.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.
