Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor to our digital marketing landscape, you will optimize performance marketing campaigns and stay ahead of emerging trends. Your primary goal will be to drive MOG's digital transformation and business growth through innovative strategies and data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Performance Marketing Excellence:
    • Oversight and optimization of paid media campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.) to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
    • Continuous monitoring and analysis of campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize budget allocation.
    • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in performance marketing and implementing innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Leveraging data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
    • Utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing campaigns.
    • Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and reporting on findings with actionable insights.
  • Strategic Digital Marketing:
    • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with MOG's overall business objectives.
    • Conducting in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.
  • Social Media and Content Creation:
    • Managing and optimizing MOG's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
    • Collaborating with content creators and designers to create high-quality content, such as short-form videos, articles, and infographics to run targeted advertising campaigns to attract and engage target audiences and leverage social media analytics to measure performance.
    • Developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer relationships.
    • Segmenting email lists, personalizing messaging, and tracking key metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Website Optimization:
    • Collaborating with digital growth teams to optimize MOG's website for SEO and user experience.
    • Monitoring website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive traffic and conversions.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media, preferably in the retail industry.
    • Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with healthy budget management.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace new technologies and trends.
