Job Description

The Administrative and Accounting Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our accounting and administrative operations. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
  • Process invoices, payments and receipts in a timely manner.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing files and responding to queries.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Quickbooks or Xero.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Solid administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
