We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Officer to join our team at Frisian Resources Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting, finance, and administration functions, including performing daily operations, liaising with bankers, and managing E-Invoice submissions.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting and finance support: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, reconcile bank statements, and perform other accounting tasks as required.
- Liaison with bankers: Establish and maintain effective relationships with bankers, ensuring smooth trade finance activities and resolving any issues that may arise.
- E-Invoice submission: Submit and manage E-Invoices accurately and efficiently, guaranteeing timely payment and minimal errors.
- Accounting software proficiency: Handle full sets of accounts and E-Invoice submissions using accounting software.
- Interpersonal skills: Work effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Language skills: Converse fluently in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience: Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in a related field.
