This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing supplier inquiries and working closely with our sales teams.

You will have a range of administrative and account support tasks, as well as opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to supplier inquiries and offer administrative and accounts support, including issuing purchase orders and supplier invoices through SQL Accounting Software.
  • Maintain an effective work atmosphere by promptly responding to all sales and supplier inquiries via phone and email.
  • Prepare job orders, purchase orders, and quotations. Upload purchase orders and invoices into the SQL Accounting Software system, monitor them, and occasionally update the projected date.
  • Understand the company product and arrange schedules for lorry testing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and driver team to manage schedules, file crucial paperwork, share pertinent information, and prepare schedules for drives.
  • Understand the needs and expectations of our suppliers and customers to ensure we deliver the best service and commitment in line with those needs.
  • Carry out any additional tasks as delegated by management or your supervisor as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with SQL Accounting Software
  • Fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese
