Role Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support within our property management team.

The ideal candidate should be a motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

  • Provide customer care and support to tenants with regards to bookings, contracts, check-ins, check-outs, and contract extensions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations within the property management division, including maintenance, housekeeping, and customer support.
  • Schedule meetings with tenants, acquire owner confirmation for maintenance services, and manage purchase orders with subcontractors/suppliers.
  • Provide solutions to the housekeeping department regarding common area housekeeping issues and house rules.
  • Assist in handling paperwork related to property management, including lease agreements, rental payments, and maintenance requests.
  • Liaise with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Facilitate effective communication and cooperation between departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should be a female with a minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
