We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets in the IT consulting and services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company's growth objectives and leverage your network to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition & Management: Utilize your extensive connections to maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts and secure new business opportunities within banking, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, staying informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals and enhance overall team performance.
  • Strategic Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT consulting and services with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Network: Established and influential connections within banking, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT consulting and services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or degrees are advantageous.
