Enterprise Sales Director

The Enterprise Sales Manager is a highly skilled and experienced sales professional responsible for leading and managing a team of enterprise sales executives to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base. This role involves overseeing the sales process for high-value enterprise clients, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring that the sales team is motivated, trained, and performing at their highest level.
Primary Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise sales executives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Provide coaching and development to team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear goals for the team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and meet revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales metrics and data.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales tools.
