  2. To assist top management on insurance coverage for protection against property, financial losses, and potential liabilities, and to ensure that all necessary insurance policies are in place.

**Corporate Planning**

  1. To assist in planning and implementation of strategic business or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems of the company, and to ensure that all plans are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.

**Other Duties, Projects, and Responsibilities**

  1. To undertake all other assignments, projects, and duties reasonably requested by top management, and to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  2. To co-work with regional teams in ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies and meeting various internal reporting timelines.

**Requirements**

  1. Professional Degree in Accounting (MIA/ACCA/CPA) with a minimum of 10 years' commercial experience.
  2. Well-versed with Microsoft Excel skills.
  3. Strong analytical mind.
  4. Strong management skills in people management and operational functions.
