Job Title: Executive Medical Claim

At Sperton Global AS, we are seeking an Executive Medical Claim professional to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in medical claims processing and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As an Executive Medical Claim, you will be responsible for processing admission/interim/discharge/post hospitalization claims up to the given endorsement limit.

About the Role:
  • Responsibilities:
  • Process claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to claim processing.
  • Guarantee letter issuance when needed.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Higher Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any Science related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in claims processing.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong medical knowledge and analytical skills
  • Language Skills: Good command in English both written or oral
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
Working Conditions:
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
