We are seeking a Programme Leader cum Lecturer to teach, develop curriculum, and administer the Diploma in Law Enforcement program at The Learning Standard. As a Programme Leader cum Lecturer, you will guide students to excel in the field of law enforcement while collaborating with faculty, industry partners, and law enforcement agencies.

About the Position:

You will have the chance to create and deliver engaging course materials, mentor students, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. Your background in law enforcement, criminal justice, or security is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Course Development: Develop and deliver effective course materials in criminal law, policing, and investigative procedures
  2. Program Administration: Administer and enhance the Diploma in Law Enforcement program
  3. Student Support: Mentor and support students in academic and career-related matters
  4. Curriculum Alignment: Collaborate with industry partners and law enforcement agencies to align curriculum with real-world practices
  5. Accreditation: Ensure compliance with higher education accreditation standards
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in academia (teaching, curriculum development, or training)
  • Strong knowledge of criminal law, policing, and investigative procedures
  • Experience in teaching, research, and program administration
  • Ability to mentor students and lead faculty teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
