- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the recruitment and selection activities as well as staff movement activities of the company and the subsidiary companies.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Liaise with hiring managers to identify interview evaluation criteria and competencies
- Conducts new employee Induction program to ensure employees gain an understanding of the terms and conditions of employment, company policies, code of practice, rules and regulations and corporate culture.
- Partners with colleges and universities in order to attract top notch students and graduates. Assist in managing the talent management programs, which include the Graduate Trainee Program & Internship program.
- Supports and coordinates the development of the Graduates Trainees and interns, ensuring that their wellbeing is monitored and building strong relationships with them, to act as a source of support and guidance.
- Process employee transfers, resignations and retirements on a timely basis.
- Process employee fixed term contract renewal and end of contract notification.
- Develops, updates and maintains Job Descriptions and Organization Charts.
- Conducts exit interviews.
- To undertake other duties and responsibilities as instructor by superior(s) from time to time.
- To comply with applicable legal and other requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management / recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge in mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to interact with management.
- Must be proactive, well-organised, meticulous and possesses eye for details.
- Must be social media savvy.
- Possess a high degree of professionalism, judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experienced in recruiting expatriates and foreign labour for a labour-intensive industry is an added advantage.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
