As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Vantive, you will be instrumental in delivering excellence throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle, from individual assignments to large-scale recruitment projects. You will take a lead role in driving quality outcomes by partnering closely with hiring managers, talent acquisition teams, and HR business partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery of hiring projects.

  • Lead recruiting activities through to successful hire, focusing on direct candidate identification and sourcing of top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create impactful advertising, drive engagement across social media, identify and source talent, and solicit referrals proactively.
  • Effectively use recruitment marketing and branding materials to engage and communicate with internal and external talent, showcasing your expertise as a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver an engaging candidate experience by understanding factors that influence talent, knowing their motivators, and adjusting your approach to manage diverse situations.
  • Leverage your recruiting expertise to challenge and influence stakeholders, driving successful and quality-oriented activities around screening, slate presentation, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
  • Manage requisitions from start to finish, ensuring real-time system updates and responsible for correctly escalating risk or compliance issues.
  • Partner with the business to understand critical and repeatable roles, informing talent pipelining strategy and driving success.
