**Recruitment**:
- Manage and responsible for end-to-end hiring processes in Shared Services/ Regional Talent Acquisition.
- Develop and implement TA strategy and sourcing channels to facilitate fast-growing business and hiring needs across the Company.
- Collaborating with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including job postings, employer branding initiatives, career fair, and social media campaigns, to attract and retain top talent.
- Create Employer branding for the Company as well as working with universities on fresh graduates & internship hiring.
- Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and advancements in the field.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Other tasks to be assigned from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and regional recruitment.
- Experience in Employer Branding.
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or similar
- Leadership experience in Talent Acquisition is an advantage.
