Human by nature.**Talent Acquisition Sourcer - KL - APAC - Your Future Position?**In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to**: Design and drive sourcing strategies - Implement Sourcing strategies for defined roles by collaborating with the responsible Talent Acquisition members and regional HR team members- Actively source through various market channels e.g., LinkedIn, industry forums etc. to proactively identify, network and build relationships with key industry players. - Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures, including HR data integrity and adherence to government regulations Be a true Talent Hunter- Work with the talent pipeline owners to understand the skill sets and appropriate backgrounds of our most critical target groups Act as a sourcing and brand champion- Act as a sourcing expert for direct sourcing within Talent Acquisition for selected business areas/target groups with the support of the Talent Sourcing Manager. - Manage and report on talent pipelining progress and sourcing channel metrics and KPIs - Learn and share competitive intelligence with the recruiting team and other business segments. **You?** - 2+ years of sourcing experience, acquired in either in-house sourcing, or RPO/on-site sourcing management for client roles (including a high degree of stakeholder and HR interaction), or working as a researcher with a headhunter/recruitment agency - Good track record and conversion rate of identified talent to successful placements - Expert with use of Boolean logic, LinkedIn, ATS and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with top talent - Result oriented and has the "never give up" mindset - Fluent English is a must-have, Japanese or Mandarin is additional - At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives. - You work within an inspiring teamwork culture - where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions. - Every essence of you enriches our world. - Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners. - Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world.**Remote working**:Hybrid
