**In this exciting role you will**:
**Service Delivery**
- Implement sourcing & evaluation strategies for all levels of hiring by collaborating with Local HR and external vendors, as applicable and as per assigned scope
- Ensure the interview material such as interview questionnaire, interview panel selection, no. of rounds etc. are all confirmed in advance to ensure effective, efficient and fair evaluation process; ensure interview panel undergoes training for consistency in recruitment process
- Collaborate with the other team members (Eg. TAMs) assisting Global TA to ensure seamless process execution for Talent Acquisition
- Solve issues and provide solutions by collecting and analysing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change.
- Align the activities executed by the TA Sourcer and TA Coordinator (where applicable) for a smooth delivery in line with agreed targets
- Understand talent supply and demand dynamics in key markets, review hiring needs and develop sourcing plan
- Networking

**Vendor Management**

**Reports**
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition reports to the management and business by providing insights on own area of Talent Acquisition (e.g., at the request of Solutions Optimization)
- Perform administrative duties such as system accuracy (Engage, LinkedIn etc) and providing input on metrics.

**Stakeholder management & Controls**
- Collaborate across Global TA to ensure the recruitment process is compliant with the company’s philosophy and policies
- Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures, including HR data integrity and adherence to government regulations
- Act as an escalation point for process / system issues and questions as per the GBS HR Service Management Framework

**Documentation**
- Maintain and update training documents and materials relevant to talent acquisition such as interview protocols
- Build a talent pool and leverage software and tools as a means for building employment branding to attract and retain talent.
- Proactively collaborate with hiring managers to ensure optimal effectiveness of job descriptions (following the global EVP and Better Balance guidelines), key required attributes and competencies for the role, as aligned with selected interviewing team assignments.

**Improvements**
- Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on overall service levels and provide recommendation to seniors on improvement opportunities
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
- Drive or participate in assigned projects

**Your professional profile includes**:

- With 5+ years of experience in recruitment in a global multinational organization
- A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or any related
- Strong understanding of local and regional recruitment market trends
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a matrix environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English, any additional language is an asset
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
