Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for high-level positions locally and globally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Managing the recruitment process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Collaborating with department heads and HR leaders to forecast future talent needs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups to develop a strong talent pipeline
  • Creating and managing recruitment marketing campaigns across various platforms

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition trends. They will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 5 years' proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition trends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels
