Store Operations & Management:

  • Maintain store presentation, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and brand standards, and optimize stock levels to prevent loss or shrinkage.
  • Manage vendor relationships for luxury goods and jewelry restocking, and recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals and luxury consultants.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous coaching to enhance team skills and foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and high ethical standards.
Marketing & Business Development:
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns that attract new customers and increase foot traffic.
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including partnerships with influencers, luxury networks, and VIP clients, and monitor and analyze store financial performance.
  • Optimize cost control without compromising luxury service standards, and handle pricing strategies, discounts, and special promotions for high-value items.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred) or 2 to 3 years experiences in related field
  • Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably in gold, jewelry, or high-end fashion, and strong knowledge of gold, diamonds, and other luxury materials.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and proficiency in CRM systems and luxury retail software.
