Career Horizons is working closely with a Trading Group to find a dynamic Thai Speaking Account Receivables Executive to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing the cash application, managing and clearing AR activities including collection from customers, intercompany receivable billing/back charge, and credit note issuance on a daily basis. You will also prepare bank reconciliation and review monthly Bank Reconciliation prepared by subordinates. Additionally, you will provide support to the credit and collections teams and be exposed to ad-hoc and other Finance projects assigned from time to time.

Role Responsibilities

  • Implement cash application and manage/clear AR activities.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and review monthly Bank Reconciliation.
  • Provide support to credit and collections teams.
  • Exposed to ad-hoc and other Finance projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business.
  • Relevant work experience of around 2-3 years.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP system.
  • Necessary international/regional AR experience, preferably in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Essential proficiency in Thai language to support Thailand entity operations.
  • Ideal good communication skills and etiquette, along with being a good team player.
