Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of assigned properties.
  • Negotiate contracts, obtain quotes, and monitor the quality of work performed by contractors.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce the likelihood of equipment failure and extend the life of systems.
  • Manage the property as a committee member.
  • Attend to tenants' maintenance requests and complaints in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
