Job Description

As a Wealth Management Business Developer at AHAM Asset Management Berhad, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders and digital partners to help build product offerings for digital partners.

  • Lead Brainstorming Sessions
    • Facilitate brainstorming sessions with internal stakeholders and digital partners to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
    • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Liaise Between Internal Stakeholders and Digital Partners
    • Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders and digital partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Manage the relationship with digital partners, providing relevant support and guidance as needed.
  • Grow AUM with Digital Partners
    • Work closely with digital partners to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    • Foster strong relationships with digital partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Perform Any Other Related Duties
    • Be flexible and adaptable, taking on various tasks and responsibilities as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree and/or Professional Qualification
    • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is required.
    • Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP may be advantageous.
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Wealth Management
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the wealth and asset management industry at an established financial institution is essential.
  • Highly Motivated Self-Starter
    • A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment is crucial.
  • Logical Thinker and Fast Learner
    • A logical thinker with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently is required.
  • Possess Good Presentation Skills
    • Possess good presentation skills to effectively communicate with various parties, both internal and external.
