We are seeking a skilled High-End Sales Professional to join our team at UEM Sunrise Berhad. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our high-end residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and professionally sell high-end residential and commercial properties to potential buyers, using consultative approaches to build relationships and close deals.
- Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and project launches to drive business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle administrative work, providing timely reports and feedback to management to ensure seamless operations.
- Undertake sales programs for high-end residential and commercial properties, analyzing customer data to inform sales strategies.
- Assist in the preparation for sales launches, marketing activities, and roadshows to create buzz and excitement.
- Maintain and update customer databases to stay informed about customer preferences and needs.
- Achieve company sales targets by selling all products within the given timeframe.
- Generate weekly sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma qualification in a relevant field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in property sales, including high-end residential and commercial properties, or similar fields.
