About the Role:

In this senior role, you will play a key part in the Engineering Order Management team and drive innovation to ensure our supply chain competitiveness. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient collaboration and taking ownership of the Consignment Handling Process in Order Management.

  • You will organize and drive continuous improvement activities with respect to digitalization and automation.
  • You will act as a trusted partner within the Consignment community (Logistics, Customer Logistics Management, etc.) and steer the overall process governance and stability.
  • You will actively work on global projects, always keeping the end-to-end view in mind.
  • You will collect and align user requirements with the global business community and document them in requirement specifications.
  • You will work with IT for the respective system changes, conduct user acceptance tests, and execute trainings in close cooperation with our process users.

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar; Supply Chain and/or Project Management emphasis preferred.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Supply Chain, preferably within the semiconductor industry covering customer order management or logistics.
  • Extensive skills in process and tool improvements in Supply Chain (e.g., in projects, as a key user or trainer).
  • Proven experience in SAP Order Management (SAP SD module).
  • Experience in the Consignment process is a plus.
  • Ability to understand new processes quickly, working in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proven experience in project management and/or working as part of a project team.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP applications is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international team environment and with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Interest and motivation to work on supply chain interfacing processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven and solutions-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Work proactively with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times.
