Campaign Optimization Expert

The Junior Campaign Specialist will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, planning new initiatives, and optimizing existing activities to align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze campaign metrics, plan new initiatives, and optimize existing activities to achieve business goals.
- Use data analytics tools to identify trends and drive campaign optimization.
- Enhance email and on-site engagement through A/B testing and continuous improvement.
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
Must have:
- Diploma or higher qualification, with proficient English language skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM software related work, Ecommerce Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar fields.
- Strong proficiency in data tools, such as Google Data Studio and Excel, for trend analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, email marketing, and on-site engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
