Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact. We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. Employees are required to be present in the office at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimized reservoir management plans to maximize stakeholder value.
  • Review and enhance reservoir surveillance plans to ensure accurate data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve hydrocarbon production and recovery through various techniques.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other teams on well intervention, data acquisition, and other related activities.
  • Analyze production data using decline curve analysis, simulation models, and other acceptable techniques to prepare accurate forecasts.
  • Perform reservoir engineering studies as required to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain technical quality control and apply best practices to ensure consistent high standards.
  • Communicate effectively across teams by providing comprehensive subsurface understanding and input to production forecasts.
  • Participate in peer reviews and technical discussions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to asset documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Adhere to corporate and departmental HSE policies and guidelines.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subsurface discipline or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, bringing new ideas and perspectives.
  • Cross-discipline skills, including geoscience, reservoir engineering, and petroleum engineering.
  • Knowledge of well design, flow assurance issues, gas lift design, sand control, corrosion, scale, wax, etc.
  • Understanding of production enhancement activities, operations, and associated workflows.
  • Hydrocarbon resource estimation and reserves audit procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering world-class results.
  • Strong written and verbal command of English.
  • A good understanding of upstream processes.
