Job Description

As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and transforming POS solutions. You will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and expanding the adoption of our all-in-one POS, Payment, and Loyalty solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek and hunt for new leads and leverage sales tools to seamlessly onboard merchants to Qashier's POS and payment solutions.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, direct sales, and referrals, focusing on retail, F&B, and beauty merchants.
  • Consult and close deals by presenting our POS solutions' benefits and unique features.
  • Onboard new merchants by working closely with the Operations team to set up and deploy Qashier's POS systems according to each merchant's requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development, ideally within the payments or B2B related fintech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the Malaysian POS ecosystem, including POS systems, Payment Systems, and Loyalty systems, as well as methods and market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to build rapport and present solutions effectively to merchants.
