We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Clarins Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service, with experience in sales performance improvement, team leadership, and conflict resolution. You will be passionate about beauty and skincare, with a deep understanding of our brand values and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Recruiting new customers and driving repeat business through effective communication and relationship-building.
  2. Sales Performance Improvement: Analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and meet KPI targets.
  3. Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and customer service goals. Providing coaching and training to develop their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Able to speak English, additional language is a plus. Passionate in beauty & skin care. Have a pleasant personality, positive attitude & a team player. At least five (5) years of retail management experience preferred.
