Requirements:
\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
\u2022 Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in employee relations, law, human resources, or a related field, with 3 years' experience in Industrial Relations.
\u2022 In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
\u2022 Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
\u2022 Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
\u2022 Experience in developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures.
\u2022 Candidates with experience in foreign workers are highly advantageous.
\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
