Job Summary:

Ambition Group Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and culture, ensuring that our organization remains competitive and attractive to top talent.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding, to ensure that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies in line with current regulations and best practices in Malaysia, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management and Employee Development: Manage performance appraisal systems, employee development plans, and training programs to ensure that our employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an equitable and productive work environment, and handle employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes to promote a harmonious work environment.
  • HR Budget and Reporting: Prepare and manage the HR budget, including forecasting and reporting, to ensure that our HR function is operating efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Malaysia.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and regulations, ability to handle sensitive situations with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism, and proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
